How to book: Check availability, our website is refreshed daily to update booking information. Once we have confirmed availability we will normally hold the property for a short time if you need to confer with friends and family.

To confirm a provisional booking we need, within 5 working days, a deposit of 35% of the total price of your booking along with your completed booking form.

Balance of payment is required six weeks prior to your holiday. We also ask for a security/damage deposit of £250 to be paid along with the balance - this is refunded after the property has been inspected for any serious damage by our lettings management company.
