There is a further shower room and toilet in the adjoining gite by the pool. 3x WCs in total.

Linen Arrangements: Bathroom towels, pool towels and bed linen are provided with the rental. Beds are made on arrival. A change of linen is provided mid-stay for 2+ week bookings

Cleaning Arrangements: The house is cleaned between handovers. A mid-stay clean for stays of more than one week can be arranged on request.

Arrival & Departure: Arrive between 4-6 pm and depart by 10am. Changeover day is Saturday in the high season

Nearest town: Eynesse and Pessac sur Dordogne both 3km (5mins drive). Nearest large town: Ste Foy le Grande (10km/10mins drive)

Swimming pool: 10x5m. Max depth 1.6m. Roman steps access to shallow end. Saltwater filtration

Facilities & Equipment: BBQ, board games, pool toys, English-language DVDs, UK Satellite TV (freeview channels), CD player, selection of books. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, safe for valuables

Suitability for children: Great for children. Whilst the river can be easily accessed there is no access directly from the garden.

Suitability for infants: 2 Travel cots, cot linen & high chair for infants at the property.
